Cancellation Policy
We understand that many homeowners travel for work, family, or vacation and may not always be able to be present for an in-person estimate. In those situations, we’re still happy to help and treat your home with the same care and respect as if you were there. To ensure everyone’s time is respected, we require a $100 deposit for estimates when the homeowner will not be present. This helps confirm that the project is a serious priority while allowing us to complete a thorough, on-site evaluation and provide the most accurate estimate possible. If you choose to move forward with us, this deposit is fully credited back and deducted from your final balance, so it is not an additional cost. Aside from this, the estimate process remains exactly the same.
