We primarily use Sherwin-Williams products selected for the needs of each property. We do like to use low- and zero-VOC options that help reduce odors and create a more comfortable environment for employees, customers, tenants, and visitors.

Start times depend on the size of the project, the preparation required, and our current schedule. For the most part, we are 2 weeks booked out. But there are always exceptions, and we can work around schedules if necessary. After completing an on-site walkthrough, we’ll provide a detailed proposal and discuss a realistic start date and project timeline.
