Before your job begins, if your home is furnished, we ask that any wall hangings, pictures, or small items on shelves be removed by the homeowner and all manageable furniture be moved to the center to the rooms being painted or at least 3 ft away from the walls, before our team arrives. This ensures a much smoother and seamless prep job from our team and that it all gets done in a timely fashion. Once our team arrives at your home, they'll thoroughly dust and clean surfaces before taping up the baseboards, laying down rosin paper, and drop-clothes to ensure proper floor protection. Your walls will be inspected for any minor drywall repairs and will be caulked, spackled, and sanded before painting. If your home is furnished, we'll make sure to cover all furniture with plastic to protect from any paint splatters. Post-production clean-up is also part of the job and we do our best to leave your home cleaner then we found it.

Depending on the size of your project, you may have up to 2-3 painters in your home. Length of time it takes is also dependent on the size of the project. Typically we get projects completed between 4-5 business days. We do our best to stay in consistent communication with the homeowner to make sure everyone is on the same page.

We use Sherwin Williams paint products and for painting interior walls we use Duration. For trim we use our in-house trim paint, SuperPaint Special White in SemiGloss. For ceilings we use our in-house ceiling paint, which is SuperPaint White in Flat. If you require a different color for trim and ceilings we're happy to adjust to your needs. Typically, if your walls are light and you're going to either a darker color, two coats are included in our estimate. If your walls are dark and you're wanting either a lighter color or an off-white, we may need to adjust the estimate to account for three or four coats depending on the colors chosen. A color consultation is included in our estimate.

Yes. We also carry workers comp for all our employees.

Yes, we do have an estimate policy we'd like you to know about. We understand that many homeowners travel for work, family, or vacation and may not always be able to be present for an in-person estimate. In those situations, we’re still happy to help and treat your home with the same care and respect as if you were there. To ensure everyone’s time is respected, we require a $100 deposit for estimates when the homeowner will not be present. This helps confirm that the project is a serious priority while allowing us to complete a thorough, on-site evaluation and provide the most accurate estimate possible. If you choose to move forward with us, this deposit is fully credited back and deducted from your final balance, so it is not an additional cost. Aside from this, the estimate process remains exactly the same.
