What's Included in Our Pricing?

Labor Cost
Labor is the most significant part of any interior painting project. And it’s where quality is truly determined. We’re not a basic painting team leaving sloppy jobs. We're a highly skilled team that takes our work very seriously. Because we deliver premium results, our labor costs reflect the time, skill, and attention to detail required to achieve them. That investment in quality is what allows us to produce consistent, long-lasting finishes and results you can feel confident in for years!
Material Cost
Material costs come with any project. Materials play a major role in both the look and longevity of your paint job. We only use high-quality, professional-grade paints and materials designed to provide you with the best results. Our material costs reflect our commitment to using trusted brands and the right products for each specific surface. We are proud to work with the #1 paint company in our area, Sherwin-Williams!
Insurance & Taxes
A professional painting company comes with real responsibilities, and we take those seriously. Our pricing includes proper insurance, licensing, and taxes, which protect both our team and your home. This coverage ensures that everyone involved is taken care of and that you’re never put at risk. By choosing a fully insured and compliant company, you’re choosing peace of mind and professionalism, knowing your home is in safe, responsible hands.
Our General Pricing Ranges
Pricing can vary based on design choices and the overall scope of your project. To keep things transparent, we’ve outlined general ranges to help you understand what a standard interior repaint typically costs before moving into a detailed estimate.
Single Wall, Ceiling, or Trim Repaint
$2 - $4+ / sq ft
For standard interior repaints using the same or very similar colors, most wall, trim, or ceiling projects typically fall closer to $2 per square foot. If you’re looking to change colors, especially moving lighter to darker tones or vice versa, pricing is usually closer to $4 per square foot due to the additional prep, coverage, and materials required. Keep in mind that factors such as extensive surface preparation, drywall repairs, furniture movement, closets, vaulted ceilings, or other detailed spaces can also affect the final cost.
Multi-Surface Interior Repaint
$3 - $5+ / sq ft
When multiple surfaces are painted, such as walls and trim or walls and ceilings, pricing adjusts. If you’re refreshing several surfaces using the same or very similar colors, most projects fall closer to the $3 per square foot range. This reflects the added time and coordination needed to complete more than one surface type. If you’re ready to fully customize the space with noticeable color changes across multiple surfaces, pricing is typically closer to $5 per square foot. This accounts for the additional prep work, extra coats, and attention required to achieve consistent, high-quality results throughout the space.
Whole House Interior Repaint
$4 - $6+ / sq ft
For a standard whole-house interior repaint using the same or very similar colors, most projects typically fall closer to $4 per square foot. This reflects a full interior refresh without major color changes and includes the time and care needed to properly prep and paint all living spaces. If your project involves custom painting or significant color changes, such as going from light to dark or dark to light, pricing is usually closer to $6 per square foot due to additional prep work and extra coats required for proper coverage. Please note that factors like high ceilings, extensive surface preparation, or repairs may increase the final cost.
Repainting Doors
$40-$70/ side/ door
For standard interior or exterior door painting, most projects typically range between $40–$70 per door, per side. Pricing can vary based on the condition of the door, the type of paint used, and the level of preparation required to achieve a smooth, durable finish. In many homes, painting only one side of certain doors, such as closet doors, is a great way to refresh the space while keeping costs efficient. During your estimate, we’ll walk through which doors and sides make the most sense to paint based on your goals, ensuring you get the best value and a clean, polished result.

Get a Free Estimate, Even If You Can’t Be Home
We understand that many homeowners travel for work, family, or vacation and may not always be able to be present for an in-person estimate. In those situations, we’re still happy to help and treat your home with the same care and respect as if you were there.
Before you book an estimate with us please know that we require a $100 deposit for estimates when the homeowner will not be present. This helps confirm that the project is a serious priority while allowing us to complete a thorough, on-site evaluation and provide the most accurate estimate possible. If you choose to move forward with us, this deposit is fully credited back and deducted from your final balance, so it is not an additional cost. Aside from this, the estimate process remains exactly the same.
